Happy Birthday

Made this card using my new papermania stepper cards- they're really great and had loads of ideas on how to use them .
This image is a freebie from the docrafts magazine and is a decoupage design. Added papers from my stash and co-ordinated ribbon and flowers - kove the summery colours
